No Place Home - Swansea
No Place Home - Swansea, in association with Cyrenians Cymru, is taking place from 7 May - 11 May. The week will involve participants and professionals from various homeless related organisations within Swansea. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in, tell their story, and gain skills in drama, music and film related activities.
The week of workshops will be taking place at Cyrenians Cymru, with the final performance evening on Friday 11 May taking place at the Taliesin Arts Centre.

Cyrenians Arts Centre opened in April 1999 and offers a wide range of arts based courses for anyone who is homeless or socially disadvantaged. Courses offered include photography, fine art, guitar, woodwork, pottery, creative writing, arts and crafts, video and textile crafts.

Taliesin Arts Centre is owned and managed by the University of Wales Swansea with financial support from the City & County of Swansea and the Arts Council of Wales. The centre opened in 1984 and is named after Taliesin, the 6th century Celtic bard. Over the past 15 years the programme of activities & events has grown to include a wide variety of performances & exhibitions. As with the University, the emphasis is on quality and innovation - providing a vital service to the people of Swansea and acting as a regional centre of excellence. Taliesin Arts Centre also caters for parties and schools, private hire and has a wide range of facilities for disabled people
