About the event
These wellbeing art workshops are a type of therapy which involves the use of art materials. These can be used to express emotions, thoughts or experiences which maybe difficult to talk about.
Being ran by Jane Alexander a HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist.
Six, two hour sessions in a group of up to 8.
Payment is by donation at the SHOP on the day
